Can a 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter be Used to Tow a Trailer with 5th Airborne Pin Box
Question:
I I have a 2005 Keystone Montana fifth wheel, 36 feet long. My fifth wheel has a fifth airborne pin box. What would you recommend for me and the price of it and any necessary accessories. My truck is a 2014 the Ford with a built in 2 5/16 inch ball.

You will not be able to use any sort of adapter with a 5th Airborne pin box because the air bag and shock inside create movement that adapters are not rated for. But I do have a possible soultion for you. If you know wheich model 5th Airborne you have let me know because you may be able to use a Reese Goose Box, # RP85FR or # RP94716-61301.
If you are not sure which model you ahve and don't know the original pin box make and model number then you will need to take some measurements to identify the pin box. I have included a link to a help article that shows the measurements needed.
