Some weight distribution systems will come with the shank and the ball but others do not. Strait-Line system # RP66082 includes a shank but not a ball. The included shank has a max 1-1/4 inch drop or max 6-1/2 inch rise. This system is rated for 200 to 600 pounds tongue weight. A 3,925 pound trailer will be right in the middle of that range.
For a ball you can use # A-90 for a 2 inch or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch.
The system also includes the spring bars, head, brackets, chains, and dual-cam sway control. I have included some links on weight distribution and sway control for you.
