Replacement Race to Go with a L44649 Bearing

Hi, I have a question. My TrailStar boat trailer has the same dia as this one. My question is The shaft uses L44649 L44610 10-60 double lip seal 1.500 Of course the part that was damaged was the part that the seal rides on. The 1.500 DIA Stainless Steel DIA. Ok, Mine had a SS Sleeve on the shaft. The shaft is 1.987 to form the 1.500 DIA micro finish that the seal rides on. It is that same SS Sleeve that has kept me up at nights! I can find one at the boat store here, but they are very unwilling to sell me one! The 1.987 DIA shaft is rough and I feel unsafe to ride a seal on its surface. I do need a SS sleeve. Can you help? Sounds like you are talking about the races of your hub, the reason your local store doesn't want to sell you them is because they are pretty difficult to install without damaging the hub. You would want to have them professionally installed.

The correct race for the L44649 bearing is the part # L44610. This has an outer diameter of 1.980.
