That really depends on the weight of your tandem kayak and the roof capacity of your 2010 Honda Fit. The Sportrack roof rack part # SR1002 is confirmed to fit your vehicle and has a 130 lb capacity. If your kayak weighs less than 130 lbs (it should) and less than the capacity of the roof of your vehicle you should be good to go with this as a roof rack.
For a kayak carrier to go with this roof rack I would recommend the SportRack Kayak Carrier part # SR5511.
