Yes, the Thule Pull Top Ski and Snowboard Carrier, item # TH91726, will fit your 2003 Lexus GX470, if you have the factory cross bars on your vehicle.
If you do not have the factory cross bars you will also need the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401, 53" WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420, as well as locks # TH450400, to go on the factory raised rails that run front to back.
