Will the Draw-Tite part # 75699 Have Enough Ground Clearance on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

i am concerned that the receiver is too low and when i put in my cargo carrier or basket , it will scrape the ground

When we installed the Draw-Tite part # 75699 on a similar 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee as yours we found that it measured 15 inches from the top of the hitch opening to the ground. This should be plenty of ground clearance. Especially since most bike racks and cargo carriers have rises built into the shanks for added ground clearance.
