Hitch Availability for 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe
Question:
Does your C11001 E-350 Mercedes hitch work on a Coupe?

Expert Reply:
Currently there is no hitch offered for the 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe, only for the sedan version. Hitches are designed expressly for specific vehicles and so it is not advisable to attempt to install one on a vehicle different than that for which it was intended.
The Curt hitch you referenced, part # C11001, is a light-duty Class I hitch suitable for use with a hitch- mount bike rack or cargo carrier. Please note that your vehicle does not carry a rated towing capacity according to my research. If a bike rack is your intended application you can review the included link to see trunk-mount racks for your Coupe. The linked article may be of interest.
