Trailer Adapter to Convert 4-Pole Flat to 7-Way RV-Style Blade Connector

I need a trailer connector for my 2004 f150 heritage pickup I have a stock 4 pin connector and need a 4 and 7 pin connector for both trailers. I have a 37815 in my cart but dont know if that is the correct option for me.

You found the correct adapter to convert your F-150's 4-pole flat trailer connector to a combination 4-pole and 7-pole to allow you to tow two types of trailers with different wiring connectors. Your existing 4-pole will simply plug in to the female connector on the Hopkins # 37185. The included mounting bracket and hardware will allow you to install this where you prefer.

If you ever want to add a trailer brake controller for use with trailers that have electric brakes the extra wire leads on the Hopkins adapter will allow you to keep this adapter in place and wire in the additional circuits for brake controller, 12V power, etc.
