Distance from the Hitch Pin Hole to Bumper on Hitches for 2014 Subaru Outback Wagon

Question:

Hello, I have a 2014 Subaru Outback and am looking to attach one of three 2inch hitches, Drawtite 75673, or Curt 13206. I plan to use this mostly for a bike rack and light duty trailer. I would prefer the Draw-Tite brand but I see that the rear most surface of the hitch where the ball mount goes in is forward of the bumpers rearmost surface the hitch is completely tucked under the bumper. Can you tell me the horizontal distance from the Outbacks rearmost bumper surface to the Draw-Tite ball mount surface? I need at least 6 horizontal inches from the hitch to the bumper to fit my bike rack or the rack will interfere with the bumper. The Curt brand appears to be rearward of the bumper by about an inch or less. But I would prefer the Hidden Hitch for its tongue strength and I dont want to bump my leg on a slightly exposed hitch. Thank you,

On the Curt hitch part # C13206 the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthest point out on the bumper will be right at 2-1/2 inches.

On the Draw Tite Hitch # 75673 the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthest point out on the bumper is 4-1/2 inches. Both of these hitch are the exact same because they are made by the same company.

The distance from the pin holes to the opening surface of the hitch is about 2-1/2 inches. So if you subtract 2-1/2 inches from the dimensions above you will have the distance from the hitch opening to the bumper.

For the # 75673 that distance will be 2 inches.
