Will the Anti-Swag Cages of the Thule Raceway Bike Rack Scratch the Bike Frame

Is there any protection to prevent scratches from a thule raceway antisway cage?

Expert Reply:
Due to the shape of the Thule No Sway Cage part # 853-7758 and the fact that it's made of a softer material than the finish of bike frames it does not typically scratch the finish of bike frames. That we are aware of none of our customers have had issues with scratching.
However, if the cages or your bike frame had dirt or debris on them scratching could occur. I would recommend you keep the surfaces of both as clean as possible.
