Recommended 4-Bike Rack for 2007 Honda Odyssey

Question:

I am looking for advice for a hitch-mounted bike rack for my 2007 Honda Odyssey. I have the 2inch Class 3 Hidden Hitch purchased from you all. Now I need the rack to hold 4 bikes total: 1 full-size bike,2 womens one with a crossbar, 1 without, and a kids bike. I dont think I need a swing arm as I dont envision we will be traveling with the bikes too much that we need that extra flexibility. As I look at all the reviews, I am mostly concerned about a rack that will actually fit all 4 bikes. I see the Thule adapter bar, but it would be nice to not have to buy that for all 3 bikes or that overall they will all fit. We are looking to have something before we leave for July 4th, so Im appreciative of any quick advice you can give. Thanks

I'd recommend the Thule Apex 4 bike carrier, part # TH9025XT. The rack features a full 7 inches of space between each cradle which will enable multiple bikes to fit on the rack.

Really the only bike you might need an adapter bar for is the Women's bike without the top tube. I'd recommend the Swagman frame adapter bar, part # 64005. The bar is reasonably priced and very easy to use. As long as the child's bike has a full top tube that's 13 inches long or longer, it'll fit just fine on the rack without needing an adapter bar.

If you click the provided links, you can see a product demonstration video for the bike rack and adapter bar.
