Wiring Harness Malfunctioning on a 2008 Dodge Durango
Question:
When I turn my headlights on, the running lights and brake lights turn on. Also if I turn my right blinker my tail lights blinks. Is the unit defective?

My first inclination is that the tail light connectors were flipped on your T-One Harness, part # 118390. The side that has the yellow and red wires should be connected to the driver side, and the green wire connector should run to the passenger side. The problems you described above usually are caused by this having the connectors flipped.
If this is not the case, please write back and we will have to do some diagnosing. I have included a link to the instructions for reference.
