The closest ST (special trailer) size to that is 225/75-15. These tires can fit on a 6 to 7 inch wide rim. But they are a little taller at 28.1 inches versus 27.88 for a 7.00x15.
Trailer tires are designed with a thicker side wall to handle more vertical load. For a bias ply 225/75-15, you can use # AM1ST96. This tire is rated for 2,540 pounds at 65 psi.
