Where is the Height Range of a Fifth Wheel Hitch Measured From

Already have the Curt universal rails and the Curt mounting kit on the truck.. On my old truck I used a 16000 pound Hijacker that measured 18 1/2 from the the garage floor to the plate level.How is the height measured on the hitch? Looking for a sliding hitch I can get on off easy. I tow two 5th wheel trailers, small 24 1/2foot and 34 foot about 13,500 pounds. What about the Curt 16521?. What is your best price on the hitch?

The height range of the Curt Slider Fifth Wheel Hitch part # C16521 is from the top of the install rails to the top of hitch with the head sitting level. Most rails are about 1-1/4 inches in height. So the maximum height the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16521 that you referenced would sit in the bed of your truck would be 18-1/4 inches.

Slider hitches are usually pretty heavy and this hitch is no exception as it weighs 193 lbs.
