I suggest Curt 2-inch Class III hitch # 13432 for your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited since it offers the same capacity as others but costs less. It bolts on with included hardware, no drilling required, as shown in the linked video. The only special tool needed is a torque wrench like # ALL944001 which is needed to secure the fasteners to the specs shown in the linked instructions.
For a 4-pole wiring harness you can use part # C55124 which is a plug-n-play installation as shown in the linked video.
I suggest you consider the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 to complete your towing setup. This kit includes two sizes of hitch ball, two ball mounts and a pin and clip all together in a handy bag. If you need a different ball mount to keep your trailer level then you can refer to the linked article for help in selecting one with the right amount of rise or drop.
