Roller Bunk Recommendation for a Boat Trailer with 8 foot Bunks

Question:

I have a 19foot bayliner bowrider with an escort trailer. The trailer currently has 8foot carpeted 2x4 bunks and I would like to change it over to roller bunks but cant find any that are long enough. Also thought about putting rollers on the center of the trailer instead to help getting the boat on and off easier but not sure if putting all the weight in the center of the cross bars would support the boat because there are only 2 cross bars to use on the trailer. Thanks

I would recommend putting roller bunks on your current carpeted bunks, putting them on a different portion of the trailer that wasn't rated for carrying the weight of your boat wouldn't be recommended. Using 2 sets of 4 foot long roller bunks should work well. For that I would recommend the Roller Bunks part # DL21740.
