Trailer hitch for a 2015 Volvo XC 70 to carry my bikes and Thule carrier that fits a 2 inch opening?

For your 2015 Volvo XC70 you can use Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75916 that you have referenced. It does have a 2 inch receiver opening and a 400 pound tongue weight capacity so it can handle 4 bikes easily. I have linked the installation instructions for you.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
