Can a Trailer Hitch Be Installed on a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium with Hands-Free Lift Gate

2014 Ford Escape Titanium, Will the 75758 hitch work with the hands free lift gate, by using the foot under the bumper

You can still use the hands-free lift-gate on your 2014 Ford Escape Titanium with Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75758 installed. The sensor area will just be limited to either side of the vehicle near the exhaust pipes. The instructions which I have linked for you, show this. This is going to be the case with all of the hitches for the 2014 Escape.
To complete your towing set up I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It includes 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. And for trailer wiring you can use T-connector harness # 118566. I have linked videos showing installations of both the hitch and wiring for you.
