Recommended Carrier Cargo that Will Not Hide Subaru Legacy Tailights
Question:
I was wondering if you have something that is like M2200-2201 not as wide so it would not cover part of my tail lights?. If not, what lights would suggest attaching to M2200-2201?

To determine whether this hitch-mounted cargo carrier will impede your taillight performance you will want to measure out from the center of the hitch to determine where the ends of the carrier will be. Since the Carpod is 48 inches wide, you will measure out 24 inches in either direction from the center of the hitch. Then measure up 22 inches.
Another option is to use Optronics Magnetic Mount # TL21RK. This is an economical solution that is easy to use. I have attached a brief video review of the lights.
You could also go with a cargo carrier that includes pre-wired taillights with a standard 4-pole flat connector, like the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches # Y62VR and the License Plate and Tail Light Relocation Kit for Yakima EXO System # Y74VR. This setup includes a pre-wired pigtail that plugs right into a 4-way. I have included a video review of this carrier and light kit for you to check out.
