Thank you for providing specific capacities and dimensions for the replacement hydraulic brakes you need for your boat trailer.
All of the hydraulic drum brakes we offer for 6000-lb rated axles are the 12 x 2-inch size. Our 10-inch hydraulic drum brake assemblies top out at a 3500-lb axle rating; please see the link provided. Demco # 40716 and # 40715 are examples. It is possible that your trailer manufacturer used a 6000-lb-rated axle with other components that are of lower capacity. It is not uncommon for trailer makers to use different components even within one production run.
Hub/drum assemblies can be selected by confirming axle capacity, your required bolt pattern, bearing numbers and seal numbers. If you can obtain the part references from your existing parts that is the easiest way to find replacements. The linked photo will show you the typical location of these references. Of course, spindle measurements (thank you for providing those) are another means to find seals and bearings.
The link provided will take you to our main page for bearing and race kits. A second link will enable you to search for individual components based on your spindle dimensions. For the 1.375-inch inner bearing's inner diameter we offer bearing # LM48548 from Redline. For a 1.063 inner diameter bearing we offer bearing part # L44649. Both of these bearings are rated for 3500-lb axles.
