The Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-2505 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for the 2013 Ford F-150 either with or without the EcoBoost feature. The complete installation instructions from Westin have been sent to you in a separate email.
The trimming required is illustrated in figure 10 of the instructions. I have linked that image for you. You will need to trim both sides of the air dam.
