If you will click on the provided link you will see an article on hitch installation tips. About midway through the article you will find a link to a video showing the process of using a fish wire.
I've also included a second article that covers the process of cleaning out the weld nuts on the vehicle frame to make it easier to get the hitch installation hardware threaded.
