All five of the trailer hitches we offer for the 1994 Jeep Cherokee are also confirmed fits for the 1999 model year. For reference I have linked you to our page for these, which include both Class II and Class III varieties.
To order the correct replacement mounting hardware kit you will simply enter the part # RHK into our search box. You'll be prompted to enter the hitch part number and to select the manufacturer from the drop-down menu. You will then click add to cart.
To assist your hitch installation I have also linked you to two helpful articles as well as an installation video.
