Will the Thule# TH910 fit a 2006 Chevy Equinox

The Thule Passage 2 Bike Trunk Mounted Bike Rack, item # TH910XT, is not recommended for your 2006 Chevrolet Equinox because the top straps should not be mounted directly to glass or plastic trim covering glass.
I checked with both Thule and Yakima to see if there is a rear mounted bike rack available for your Equinox and at this time there is not. The best recommendation I can make at this time is a receiver hitch and a hitch mounted bike rack. A good combination would be the Draw-Tite Class II Trailer Hitch, item # 36408, and the Swagman XC Extreme Cruiser 2-Bike Cross Country Rack, item # S64650. This hitch and bike rack combination will provide easy loading and unloading of the bikes and secures the bikes very well, keeping them from swaying and preventing damage to the bikes or vehicle.
