For your 2013 Lexus RX 350, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C13143. This is a Class lll hitch and has a 2 inch receiver opening.
The ball mount and ball kit i recommend is the etrailer kit, part # 989900. This kit comes with 2 ball mounts, a 1-7/8 inch ball, a 2 inch ball, the pin and clip and a handy bag. The attached product review video explains what is included in this kit.
For a locking hitch pin I recommend the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock, part # 7683. I have attached a link to a product review video for this locking pin you can check out.
Since you said your Lexus came with the factory prep package I recommend the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, part # 118252. this will provide a 4-way connector at the rear of your RX 350, and requires no cutting or splicing into the vehicle wiring.
I also recommend using a mounting bracket like part # 18144. This will keep the connector secure and less likely to be damaged.
I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755 when working with any electrical connections. It helps keep dirt and moisture out of the connectors and helps prevent corrosion.
I have attached a link to a helpful article that shows how to choose the correct ball mount.
