Based on the weight ratings you provided for your trailer the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System with Dual Cam Sway Control, # RP66083, will probably be the best system for you. The spring bars of a weight distribution systems are designed to work with a specific range of tongue weights, so the three weight ratings that you see fall within the effective tongue weight range of the weight distribution system. The system you referenced has an effective tongue weight range of 400 lbs to 800 lbs.
When choosing a weight distribution system, it is important to choose a system that can support your total tongue weight. Your total tongue weight consists of the loaded and ready to tow tongue weight of your trailer plus the weight of any cargo loaded in the truck behind the rear axle. If you do not expect your total tongue weight to exceed 800 lbs, then this is the best system for you.
If your total tongue weight will exceed 800 lbs, then you will want to step up to the next system which is part # RP66084 which has an effective tongue weight rating of 600 lbs to 1,200 lbs. I have attached a few videos and help articles on weight distribution for you to check out.
These systems do not come with a trailer hitch ball. If you need a 2 inch hitch ball, you can use part # A-90. If you need a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball, you can use part # 19286.
