How To Install and What is Wiring Code for a 4-Pole Trailer End Connector 18004

I resently bought a trailer end connector code #18004. What is the correct wiring diagram.

You will need to use a tester to verify which wire is which on your vehicle. The wire code is: white - ground, brown - tail/running lights, green - right brake and turn, yellow - left brake and turn.
I have included a link to a video of installing a similar part on a 1991 Dodge Dynasty.
