Will Firestone Ride-Rite System Work On 2013 Toyota Tacome Pre-Runner With Lift Kit

Question:

I am looking at adding a simple air lift to help level my truck in the rear and to help with sagging when towing/hauling. I have a 2013 tacoma pre-runner and its lifted 2.75inch in the front and 2inch in the rear. My concern with the pre-engineered systems would be the distance between the frame and leaf springs now that the truck is lifted. do the same model numbers still apply to a lifted truck???

I spoke with my contact at Firestone about your 2013 Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner.

If you have 2 wheel drive the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs , part # F2407, will work for you along with a couple of other items. I have attached a link to an installation video for this system you can check out.

You will need the Firestone Axle Bracket Extension Kit, part # F2506. This is needed for vehicles with a 2 inch lift in place.

They also told me that you may need the Firestone Lift Spacers, part # F2366. unfortunately, they said you may not know you will need this item until you are installing the air system. These spacers attach between the bottom of the lower bracket and the bottom of the spring on vehicles with a 2 inch lift.

We do not have a solution for you if your Pre-Runner is 4-wheel drive.
