Trunk Mount Bike Recommendation for a 2011 Chrysler 200 Convertible

Question:

Will this , or another, rack work on a 2011 Chrysler 200 convertible? The trunk opens two ways, up from the front of the trunk for the top to go in, and up from the rear as a regular trunk opens, is the trunk secure and strong enough to hold a rack and two bikes when the trunk is closed? Thanks,

I checked with Hollywood Racks and the Hollywood Racks Gordo 2 Bike Carrier # HRG2 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit your 2011 Chrysler 200 Convertible. They tested this rack and found that the trunk is secure and strong enough for the weight of the rack plus two bikes.

If you plan on carrying any womens or alternative framed bikes without horizontal top tubes you may also be interested in purchasing a Hollywood Racks Bike Frame Adapter Bar
