Husky 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Installation Kit for a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 Short Bed and Husky Hitch

I have a 1998 dodge ram 2500 short box 4x4 and A Husky adjustable EZ roller fifth wheel hitch. i am in need of a rail kit for said same. I would appreciate your expertise on this matter.

For your 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 short bed and Husky 5th wheel slider hitch you can use use the Reese universal installation kit # RP30035. It also will accept the hitch. There is more drilling required to install this kit compared to the Husky kit so it takes nearly twice as long to install this universal kit. I have linked its instructions for you.
