The Pro Series cargo carrier # 63153 is designed to fit in 2 inch trailer hitches. If your 2011 Nissan Rogue SV has a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver opening then the carrier will fit the hitch.
To determine if there will be clearance you will need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole straight back to the distance needed to clear the rear of your Rogue. If that distance is less than 12-3/4 inches, the carrier will clear the rear of the vehicle. I have linked an article that shows how to take the measurement.
If you need a hitch, I recommend # 75902 since it will stick out the furthest of the hitch available for your vehicle and clearance with the carrier should not be a problem.
