I spoke with my contact at Curt and we have a solution for your 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Diesel with air suspension if it is not a stepside/flareside. Due to the air system we do not have a fifth wheel installation kit that is a fit by itself.
I recommend the Curt Double Lock, Flip And Store Gooseneck Hitch, part # C60607. The hitch ball can be removed to give you complete access to your truck bed when you are not towing. This hitch does require the Curt 600 Series Installation Kit. The kit is designed to work with Ram trucks with the air suspension.
You can then use the Curt X-5 Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Rails Adapter, part # C16210. This will give you the above bed rails needed for a fifth wheel hitch. This system works with almost any 5th-wheel hitch that has capacity of 20,000 lbs or less: Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky.
The fifth wheel hitch I recommend is the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, part # C16541. This hitch features a dual jaw and has a weight capacity of 20,000 lbs. This hitch also features a slider which will allow 12 inches of travel front to back giving you even more cab clearance.
