Question:
You dont show any bike racks that would fit a 05 Jeep Liberty.I have a 2inch trailer reciever but with the spare tire on the back i would need an extended reciever. How do you get around that?

There are many bike racks that are compatible with your Liberty. If you click the provided link, you can see the top 20 bike racks among Jeep Liberty owners.
If you only wanted to carry two bikes, a spare-tire mounted rack like the Thule Spare Me part # TH963PRO would be an excellent choice that includes a locking cable to deter theft. I've attached a video of this for you.
For a hitch mounted rack, you'll first need to determine how much clearance you need. You'd do this by measuring rearward from the hitch pin hole in the receiver tube until you clear the spare tire. I've linked you to a help article that shows exactly how this is done.
For carrying up to 4 bikes, the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR would be a good choice. As long as the measurement you take is less than 13 inches, the rack will fit perfectly. The rack provides important features like heavy duty padded anti-sway cradles to protect your bikes. The anti-sway feature prevents the bikes from swaying back and forth during transport, preventing the bikes from banging into each other or the rear of the vehicle. The rack includes an anti-rattle hitch pin, but a locking version is available as # THSTL2. A cable lock is available as part # TH538XT. I've linked you to product demonstration videos for several of the products I've recommended..
