A suspension enhancement product like the Timbren # TGMRCK25S is primarily designed to suspend cargo carried in the bed of the vehicle, not to counteract the tongue weight applied by a trailer. If the springs are installed and enough downward force is applied to the hitch, the springs can act like a fulcrum, causing a teeter totter effect that would remove weight from the front axle of the truck. This can lead to diminished steering and braking response.
A weight distribution system is meant to transfer a portion of the trailer's tongue weight to the front axle of the tow vehicle, thus leveling the vehicle ride height. To determine which system would work best for your needs, we'll need to know the tongue weight of the trailer when it's fully loaded and ready to tow. I've linked you to a help article that explains how to determine the trailer's tongue weight. Weight distribution systems are generally effective over a fairly large range of tongue weights. For example, the Reese Trunnion Bar system, part # RP66541 is effective on trailers with tongue weights ranging from 400-800 lbs. Although you haul different things, you'll probably find that the tongue weight difference from one load to another is fairly similar.
If you'd care to reply with the fully loaded and ready to tow tongue weight of the trailer, I'd be happy to recommend a system for you.
