Are the wheel/tire combos balanced?

The manufacture of tire and wheel combo # AM3S440 does a type of balancing for tire and wheel combos. They line up the heavy spot in the tire with the light spot in the wheel. Trailer tires do not have to be any more balanced than that.
You can try to have them balanced further but it takes a special rig that most tire shops no longer have. If they try to balance it on a regular machine it will not work.
