To determine if you can go to a larger size tire you have to look at the clearance around the existing tire size. Using tire and wheel combo # AM32153 as an example you can see that the larger size will be 26.3 inches tall and 8.1 inches wide.

An ST175/80-13 tire will be 24.1 inches tall and 7 inches wide.

So the larger size will be 2.2 inches taller and 1.1 inches wider. Since only half of the additional height is above the axle that means that you will need more than 1.1 inches of space above the existing tire and more than 1.1 inches between the tire and the nearest part of the trailer.

And you probably already know this but since the wheel sizes are different you would also have to replace the 13 inch wheels with 14 wheels like what is included on tire and wheel combo # AM32153. And as along as the bolt pattern remains the same and there is clearance then you can switch to a different size tire.
