I checked with Roadmaster and for MX base plates you would use # 1430-3 on a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a Warn/Mopar bumper as long as it is one of the following:

82211715, 82211715AB, 82209740AD or 82211715AC and skid plate part numbers 82210401 or 82210401AB

For a compatible tow bar I reocmmend the Falcon 2 # RM-520 and safety cables # RM-643.

For lighting if you will not be towing the vehicle often I recommend a magnetic kit # RM-2120. If you will be towing the Jeep often then a more permanent solution is # RM-155 bulb and socket kit. It also looks like you will need to pull a fuse and disconnect the battery to flat tow the Jeep. Check the owners manual to confirm.

To keep power to the Jeep while towing it you will need quick battery disconnect kit # RM-766.

And finally, most states now require supplemental braking on the vehicle being flat towed. One of the easiest systems to set up and use is the Even Brake proportional system # RM-9400. It will apply the Jeep brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the easiest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles. For the system to work properly you will also need a stop light switch kit # RM-751452.

Be sure to consult your Jeep owners manual for specific information on flat towing the vehicle. I have also included some helpful links to our series of help articles on flat towing for you.
