Replacement Hardware For Curt Hitch To Mount On 2013 Honda Civic

Hi I have a Curt trailer hitch that I want to mount on my new car after unmounting it from another. The bolts and attachments look pretty bad and some are bent. I would like to replace the entire bolt kit. The Curt hitch model is 11391. Is this possible and at what cost? Thank you!
