The best way to find the correct replacement bearings for your 1995 Maxim boat trailer is to get the numbers stamped onto the metal of the inner and outer bearings that are currently on the trailer. With those you will be able to find the correct replacement bearings, races, and seals.
If you cannot find the numbers on the bearings, you will want to use a precision tool like a dial caliper to measure the spindle. I have attached a photo that shows where you will find the numbers on the bearings and seals and where you would need to measure on the spindle to find the correct bearings and seals.
I have included a helpful article that explains how to replace bearings you can check out.
