Does the Curt Hitch part # C112821 Come with All Necessary Installation Hardware

I need to know what all comes with the hitch in terms of the hardware. Does the hitch come with the pull wires to put the carriage bolts in place?

The Curt Hitch part # C11282 that you referenced comes with everything needed to install the hitch on your 2013 Chevy Cruze. It comes with 4 square hole spacers, 4 carriage bolts, 4 flange nuts and a 7/16 inch pull wire. I attached installation instructions plus an install video for you to check out also.
This hitch comes with a ball mount and ball plus a pin and clip, so to complete your towing setup you may also be interested in the Curt Wiring Harness part # C56214.
