Weight Distribution Hanger Bracket and Set Screw are Bent
Question:
bent weight distribution bracket

It looks like the set screw on your weight distribution system is bent along with the part of the snap-up bracket it goes through. This is normally an indication that the system was overloaded, the trailer requires a higher capacity system, or the system was jackknifed.
I would need to know the tongue weight of the trailer when loaded and ready to tow plus the weight of anything loaded behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. Also, I need to know the distance from the center of the ball cavity of the coupler back along the frame to the center point of the brackets when installed.
When using dual-cam sway control, there are additional installation instructions that are part of the dual-cam instructions stating that you will need to drill a hole through the snap-brackets to bolt them to the frame of the trailer (page 9 of the linked document).
For a replacement bracket use # 58392.
