Recommended Trailer Wiring Harness for 1994 Toyota Corolla
Question:
I have a 1994 toyota corolla and I want to but a trailer wiring harness for it. Of course, it has the Toyota separate signal lights. I see on your site that you have a number of different systems but I cant see where you tell me the difference between them. What is the one that I want?

Regardless of the vehicle style (sedan or wagon), there are two recommended converters/trailer wiring harnesses recommended for your 1994 Corolla. Both converters would install by tapping directly into the taillight wiring harness of the vehicle. The Curt # C56175 has a slightly higher amperage rating than the Tow Ready # 119178KIT, and is a bit less expensive. Either item would work well for you, but since Tow Ready has been around longer, I tend to choose them over Curt, unless the price difference is pretty huge.
I've linked you to a video showing the 119178 being installed in a 1996 Honda Civic. Different vehicle, but the procedure would be pretty similar.
