Troubleshooting Turn Signals and Brake Lights Malfunctioning With LED Headlights
Question:
I have a boat trailer lights all work great as long as Im not running the aftermarket led headlights. If I run with parking lights all trailer lights are fine. If i run with no lights trailer lights are fine. If I run the aftermarket led headlights my turn signals malfunction flash but not with the car and when driving the break light will flash for no reason. Can I fix this without going back to halogen headlights?

Hi Kevin; I'm sure the aftermarket LED headlights have LED turn signals as well which is giving you a form of hyperflashing. What you can do is install load resistors # DI34ZR on those circuits to fix it.
