Hi Ronald; in addition to the base plate and tow bar you will need safety cables, wiring, and a supplemental braking system. I recommend the following for your 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee;
-etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e98950
-etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e34ZR (includes safety cables)
-Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
-Roadmaster Battery Disconnect # RM-766
-Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo # SM99251 (if your RV has hydraulic brakes)
or
-Demco Air Force One # SM99243 (If your RV has air brakes)
More than likely you will also need a high-low adapter to keep you level. I have attached an article below explaining how to measure. I also included a link to all of our available high-low adapters for your reference.
