Do Trailer Hitch Bolts For a 2024 Chevy Equinox Need to Have Loctite Applied to Them

Hello my father bought a hitch from you guys for a 2024 equniox anyways during installation do you use locktite on the bolts and then torque or will they be good just bolts torqued to spec without locktite

Hey Michael, thanks for reaching out!
The vast majority of trailer hitches, like the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e59ZR for your dad's 2024 Chevy Equinox, don't require any Loctite on them. Unless the instructions specifically call for Loctite you'll just torque the bolts to specs and be good to go!
