Question:
Do you have a double hitch that will tow a 2008 Ford Explorer 5000 pound with bike rack with no drop on the hitch for the tow bar?

Roadmaster dual receiver, # RM-077-2, with its 2 inch drop and rise is going to be the best option. A dual receiver that exits straight out of the hitch and has a high enough capacity for the 5,000 pound 2008 Ford Explorer is not available.
Most tow bars have a slight range that they will work within (normally 3 inches up or down from level). Consult the manual for your tow bar to determine its range.
