Will B&W Patriot Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch Work in 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 With Puck System

I have the patriot 18k slider I used in my f250 2017 with rails I have moved up to a 2024 2500chevy with puck system can this be adapted with something. I was told the curt adapter would work but it does not slider bottoms on handles what can I do???

Hey Mike,

Unfortunately, the sliding B&W Patriot # BWRVK3270 is not compatible with any adapters for the puck system in your 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500. Reason is, the center section of the Patriot (when it slides) will interfere with these adapters (including the Curt you mentioned).

I know it stinks to hear you can't use your hitch, but the only option really is a new hitch, and you can stick with the very high quality of B&W by going with the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3775.

You should be able to sell the Patriot quite easily to help offset the cost.
