First thing you will need to install the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30047 in the bed of your 2015 Chevy 2500 Silverado would be an fifth wheel rail installation kit.
For that I would recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP50066-58. This is a custom install kit that would install in about half the time as a universal kit and would minimize drilling when compared to a universal kit. Check out the install video for this product that I attached as well as the installation instructions.
For a more economically priced rail kit you could get the universal kit part # RP30035. The installation will be a lot more involved with this kit than the # RP50066-58. Instructions are attached for this kit also.
