Can the Roadmaster even brake system be used on a 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with advanced brake-assist if not what are my options. Thanks

Thomas yes, the Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Flat Tow Brake System # RM-9400 can be used with your 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with advance brake-assist. You're also going to need the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751471 with it.
If you need a full setup, you're also going to need a wiring kit # RM63MR, a charge line kit # RM-156-25, a base plate kit # e98951, and a set of tow bars # e34ZR.
