What is the Wiring Loom Mentioned in the T-Connector Installation Instructions
Question:
In your PDF re. installing part # 118336, you write: Remove the tape securing the wiring harness connector from the wiring loom and attach the T-Connector adapter to the vehicles wiring connector. On the Honda Accord 1999, am I replacing a cap of some kind or is this a pass-through system. If I knew what the writing loom is, I imagine this would be a no brainer.

The wiring loom is the black plastic protective cover that is installed around a bundle of wires. The connector for the wiring harness will be taped down to the wiring loom at the factory to keep it from rattling and creating a annoyance that will cause customers to return the vehicle to have fixed. Once you have the connector located and remove the tape the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, item # 118336, will just plug into the factory supplied trailer connector, and you will mount the converter (black box) in a convenient area.
There may be a cap installed on the vehicle wiring harness connector that needs to be removed but not on all models.
